Well officially Spring arrives on the 1st March, but here in Instow we've been enjoying the spring flowers since January!  Now the sun has joined in and how much better do we feel?  Lets hope it's here to stay.  Pancake day is nearly upon us, don't forget Tuesday 5th March, yum.Then it's Easter, so if you want to start planning your bank holidays Good Friday is April 19, and Easter Monday is April 22.So in amongst all that we will be launching our Spring Menu, then there's a Wine Tasting, Gin Specials and so on...
